| Resumo: | Trata-se de um trabalho sobre a análise crítica do conceito de Inteligência Artificial utilizado para o Projeto de Lei n° 2338 (Brasil, 2023). É feita uma equiparação, de caráter ontológico, entre a entidade IA e o ser humano com o objetivo de elucidar suas diferenças de maneira a demonstrar que as premissas conceituais do PL sobre o que é IA estão equivocadas em seus termos mais básicos. Como resultado da equiparação, ressalta-se que a conceituação se configura como exemplo de uma visão pré-moderna e mística. A metodologia utilizada para a fundamentação é a fenomenológica. |
| Abstract: | This is a work on the critical analysis of the concept of Artificial Intelligence used for Bill No. 2338 (Brazil, 2023). An ontological comparison is made between the Artificial Intelligence entity and the human being with the aim of elucidating their differences in order to demonstrate that the PL's conceptual premises about what AI is are mistaken in their most basic terms. As a result of the comparison, it is highlighted that the concept is configured as an example of a pre-modern and mystical vision. The methodology used for the foundation is phenomenological. |
